On November 15, Canadian country star Paul Brandt will embark on a journey to Cambodia for ten days.  During this time, Paul will be providing relief for victims of the child sex trade, a problem that continues to plague Cambodia.

While raising awareness of the injustices in Cambodia, Paul will be visiting the Ratanak Foundation (http://www.ratanak.org ) and Place Of Rescue (http://www.placeofrescue.com ), providing these children with a much needed day of fun.  With a barbecue, jugglers, entertainers, and an acoustic performance by Paul himself, the children of Cambodia will be given an opportunity to experience something that all children should be able to experience: the ability to simply be kids.

When Paul approached us about this project, we were eager to help.  We are happy to announce that with the help of Odyssey, Sunday, Primo, and Lotek, Ryder Distribution will be sending boxes upon boxes of goods to Cambodia to be distributed among the 300+ children that Paul will be visiting.  Wanting to help as much as they possibly could, our brands stepped up, donating hundreds of t-shirts, hats, and gift bags, along with mountains of candy, and hundred’s of children's books!

We can't thank our brands enough for their support on this venture.  It's a beautiful thing to see the BMX industry come together for the benefit of those less fortunate than ourselves.  Everyone involved with Ryder Distribution is grateful for the kind donations made by Odyssey, Sunday, Primo, and Lotek, all of which came through in a huge way to make a large group of victimized children feel extremely important, perhaps for the first time in their young lives.
