Mutiny’s stab at the world of big bars, the Glamroid, is now available in Flat Gray, Khaki, Midnight Blue, Barron Black, Chrome, Purple, Coffee, Black Pearl, Ron Burgundy, and Red. With a rise of 8.5″, width of 30″, and weighing only 28oz, these bars are perfect for anybody looking for a little something extra to hold onto.

Mutiny’s Cockpit Pivotal seat is now available in a Mid size, in addition to the already-popular Slim size, available only in Black or Gray.

The Lifted stems, both the front and top load versions, are back in stock. These stems are available with 48mm, 51mm, and 53mm reach options, and are available in either Chrome, Gold, or Black.

Mutiny’s feather-light Ethereal sprock, available in 24, 24, and 28 tooth sizes, weighs a mere 2.8oz, and comes in Black, Gold, or Chrome.

2012 Complete Completes – The Video from Sunday Bikes

Everything from complete bikes to clothes and softgoods are currently filling the shelves of our warehouse! We’re also really stoked on the highly anticipated skaterack which is also ready to ship!

2012 Complete Completes – The Video from Sunday Bikes

Judging by Fly’s Interbike sneak preview video, we’re going to be in for a treat when the Trebol line of complete bikes drops next month.  Modelled after the geometry of three of Fly’s most popular frames, these complete bikes feature parts replicated from their top-of-the-line products.  Everything has been designed by Fly from the ground up, and because of this, riders can rest assured that their new bike will feature the innovation and attention to detail the Fly has become known for.

Subrosa’s Novus, loaded with Subrosa and Shadow components, features standard geometry built around a 21″ top tube, and a lightweight design.  Having been described by pro team rider Miles Rogoish as having “the right geometry to really figure out the basics of BMX”, the Novus is a quality option for anybody looking to get into BMX with an entry-level complete!

Subrosa’s Malum Series provides intermediate-level riders with the quality they need at a price that they can afford.  Furthermore, Subrosa has differentiated their intermediate bikes by style:  Street, Dirt, and Fixed.  With a 20.75″ top tube geometry that Hoang Tran believes feels similar to his own personal bike, the Malum Street is perfect for the learning curved that exists in the world of high hops and handrails!  The Malum Dirt, on the other hand, features a slightly longer top tube at 21″, perfect for maintaining stability and control when you’re flying through your local trails.  Finally, with the trend of fixed-gear bikes on the rise, Subrosa’s Malum Fixed features 42/17 gearing, with the option of interchanging a fixed cog or a freewheel.  If you enjoy trying new things, pick one of these up and support a great BMX-first company!  The Malum series – hitting shops across Canada soon!

Next, the Letum Series gives riders a little more bang for their buck, along with an interesting new colorway that team rider Kyle Hart describes as being splattered with “zombie guts and blood”.  The Letum Street and the Letum Dirt both feature similar 20.5″ top tube sizes, but differing in the stand over height (8.5 on the Street, versus 9 on the Dirt), and also in the stems (front load on the Street, top load on the Dirt).  The Letum Fixed, as with its Malum-series counterpart, features 42/17 gearing with a fixed cog and freewheel, but differing in the quality of components and materials used.  Essentially, the Letum series is geared towards riders who not only demand more from their bikes, but to those who need it!

The Arum Series again features the 20.5″ top tube/13.75″ rear triangle geometry featured in the Letum series.  However, this time around, Subrosa has not only upped the materials, but the components as well, including a sealed Mid bottom bracket and Shadow Conspiracy Rant 4130 three-piece cranks!  With a forged Subrosa Hold On stem, either a slim seat (dirt) or fatter seat (street), 25/9 micro gearing, and much much more, the Arum Series will give riders exactly what they need and nothing they don’t.

The Salvador Series, as with past years, bleeds quality and durability.  Also available in Dirt and Street options, the differences resting in the components and the lower stand over height on the Street model, the Salvador Series also features something for the little guys.  The Salvador 18 is a rarity because as many of the smaller riders out there know, it’s tough to find a quality bike in a smaller size.  The Salvador 18 features many of the same components as the full-size Salvador completes, however scaled down to remain relative to the 18″ top tube.  With Shadow Rant three-piece cranks, Subrosa Hold On stem, 36h Rant rims, and much more, the Salvador 18 is a perfect option for smaller riders with bigger demands.

Finally, the Tiro and the Altus models could be seen as being designed for smaller riders, boasting 20″ and 19.5″ top tube sizes respectively.  However, these bikes are also designed with geometry-conscious riders in mind, providing quality that can also hold up to demands of larger riders who prefer to run smaller top tubes.  Maintaining the quality of components that Subrosa completes have come to be known for, the Tiro and the Altus are both excellent choices for your first, second, or ninth bike!
